The parents of Pekka-Eric Auvinen came out in public on 5.11.2008. Friday 7.11.2008 will be the first anniversary of the tragedy in which Auvinen brought a gun to his school in Jokela and opened fire, killing eight others and taking his own life.

On Wednesday Ford´s Jari-Matti Latvala was testing for the upcoming WRC Rally Finland 2009 in the familiar 1000 Lakes roads in Juupajoki. JM also got some tips from Tommi Mäkinen´s former co-driver Risto Mannisenmäki who says after a test drive that the speed is definitely higher than back in the days when he was competing in the WRC. And in Rally Finland Latvala is aiming for a podium finish with a solid drive instead of going for the victory flat-out risking everything. He says he hasn´t …
