wo Peace Corps Volunteers in Cape Verde collaborate on an installation of two solar panels in a local community association in Hortelão. This is the first time this small community of just 36 families has ever had access to electricity. The project was financed through Peace Corps Partnerships. PCV Sarah Mendlesohn was the project coordinator while PCV Andrew Vernaza lead the installation.
