Yeah, basically “soft” ethnic cleansing. (by the way, the Druk government wanted to force them to kill cows and drink wine at funerals. )
Why the oppression? Is it like a racial thing? I kind of get the picture that the crackdown was because they killed cows and drank wine at funerals.
